Who is it for?

Open to everyone!
Especially helpful for those with any degree of hearing loss. For those who live or work with or have friends who are Deaf or hard of hearing

Beginners Group

Start Date: Friday, 24th May 2024
Venue: Coppice Library, Sale, M33 4ND
Time: 4pm – 5pm
10 Sessions
£60 per course

(New to learning BSL)

Information

  • 10 one hour sessions per course
  • Two groups based on level
    • Beginner Group
    • Group 1
  • Sessions are held on Fridays from 2.30pm, typically twice per month.
  • Access is provided to Deaf Solutions 3 online ‘Student Zone’ for course support material.
  • Tutor: Gary Taylor has over 20 years teaching experience and has twice won Signature North West Teacher of the Year Award.
  • The option to take the Signature Level 1 Award in BSL is available to students who wish to.

Fees

  • Trafford Relaxed BSL Group is a community group which is self-funding with help from local grant support when possible.
  • The 10-session course is £60, payable within 7 days from confirmation of place allocation.

Signature Level 1 Award in British Sign Language.
For students wishing to achieve a qualification, the candidate fees are £110.00
