Deaf Awareness
Deaf Solutions 3 offer Deaf Awareness training tailored exactly to the needs of your organisation.
We offer bespoke Deaf Awareness training and courses to suit the needs of businesses and organisations. Candidates are assessed by a combination of a multiple choice paper and a simple practical assessment. This is a DS3 accredited course designed for those who wish to acquire basic knowledge of how deafness and deaf blindness affect communication and wish to acquire skills to facilitate basic communication with deaf people.
Interpreting Services
There is a broad duty under the Equality Act 2010 to consider the provision of BSL/English Interpreters in providing goods and services to Deaf sign language users.
